$25 per person per  3 hour class.

Content Summary: Real estate licensees will obtain a better understanding of the legal and practical
transaction complexities in obtaining listings, marketing properties, working with buyers, preparing and negotiating contracts and processing the real estate transactions to a successful closing.
Course content provides a chronological step by step progression in discussing and analyzing the listing appointment and presentation, marketing real estate, working with and qualifying buyers, preparing and negotiating a contract of sale and processing the real estate transaction.

Listing, Selling and Marketing Real Estate…Don’t Side Step Industry Rules, Regulations and Good Business Practices at 1 pm .
Content Summary: Real estate licensees will obtain a better understanding of how to incorporate the various real estate rules and regulations, industry laws and good business practices into their daily business practice in listing and selling real estate and how to avoid potential real estate licensing and transaction obstacles and setbacks.
