INFORMATION ABOUT 2018 MCAR ANNUAL DUES: You have  received an email from MercerCountyAssociationRealtors@mercerrealtors.com on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER  16th with a link for you to log in to the Internet Member Service (IMS) page where you will be able to log in, view your bill and make the payment. To pay your 2018 dues go to www.mercerrealtors.com and click on 1st slide Annual Dues. This will redirect you to the IMS (Internet Member Service), Login (Login is your NRDS# look up your NRDS# here and password is welcome, all lower case). Once you log in, on left hand side
-click the Pay Your Invoices Here
– Click Unpaid Invoices

– Check off “Pay Now” (last column on your right side)

– scroll towards bottom and click on “Choose Payment Options”

– At this point you can modify the RPAC amount.

– Click on Credit Card and enter your information to make your payment.

NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award®
This prestigious program comprises two awards: The NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® and the NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club. Please fill out your application at coe.njrealtor.com. Completed applications and payments must be submitted, with verification material, to Mercer County Association of Realtors by close of business on Jan. 5, 2018. NO exceptions. No handwritten applications will be accepted.

The NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® recognizes those members who have demonstrated excellence in the field of salesmanship.

The 2017 award levels are:

  • Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
  • Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
  • Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
  • Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units

The NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club Award is presented to NJ Realtors® members who have been recipients of the Circle of Excellence® Sales Award® for 10 years (which need not be consecutively earned). Download the 2017 Distinguished Sales Club Application here. It must be submitted to your local board with proof of electronic payment by Jan. 5, 2018.

Free Seminar on USDA Rural Development Affordable Housing Programs with Michael Mathews, Housing Programs Director, USDA Development in New Jersey on Wednesday, January 3 at 9 am to 12 noon. This class will give you 3 Elective Credits toward Continuing Education Cycle for 2019. USDA Rural Development (RD) Housing programs are among the best affordable housing programs in the country. The 502 Direct Program and 502 Guaranteed have provided more than 400,000 families and individuals with decent, safe and sanitary housing in rural America. In helping USDA achieve this mission and objective, partnerships with realtors and lenders are important. Expanding and enhancing our partnerships with realtors especially helps RD reach those borrowers in rural areas who are in extreme poverty and who do not have access to obtain conventional mortgage credit. This course will provide an in-depth overview of our programs and focus on lending practices that meld well in RD programs. Free Short Sale Informational Seminar with William Sokol from The Sokol Firm Attorney At Law on Thursday, January 4th, 9 am – 12 noon at the Mercer County Association of Realtors office. Mercer County Association of Realtors has scheduled a Spring 2018 150 Hour Brokers Course. The schedule is as follows:
90 Hours of Brokers $550 – January 30, 31, February 2, 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16, 20, 21 and 23.

30 Hours of Management $275 – February 27, 28, March 2 and 6.
30 Hours Ethics $275: March 9, 13, 14 and 16.
