Clean Energy FREE Seminar!!!! Please join us on Friday, February 17th  at 10 am at the Mercer County Association of Realtors office, a representative from the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities, Nicole Dubé, will present and provide information regarding New Jersey’s Clean Energy Programs. As background, NJ’s Clean Energy Program provides programs and rebates to help residents, businesses and local governments save money and energy. We need your help to educate NJ residents about these great energy efficiency rebate programs, so they can save on their energy bills. Topics will include: Home Performance with ENERGY STAR, which involves a comprehensive home energy assessment and home improvements done by specially trained contractors. Rebates on appliances such as heating and cooling equipment, refrigerators, dryers and washers in addition to information about a Refrigerator/Freezer Recycling Program. Mold and Oil Tank Seminars: Thursday, February 23rd at 10am – 11 am Mold Seminar and 11:30 am – 12 :30 pm Oil Tank Seminar at the Mercer County Association of Realtors office. Each one hour class is worth 1 Continuing Education Credit (elective), if you take both classes you will receive 2 Continuing Education Credits (elective).  The classes are presented by Curren Environmental, the instructor is David Sulock. Brokers Course starting on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 21st, 2017 at the Mercer County Association of Realtors® School “Mercer County Association of Realtors® Center for Professional Studies” with Eileen Cahill. This course will satisfy 12 Credits for Continuing Education 2017 Licensing Cycle. The 150 hour course includes: 30 hours on Office Management at $275 pp; the 90 hour Broker Course at $550 pp; and 30 hours on Code of Ethics at $275 pp. Register for all 3 (three) courses and receive $100 discount. 2017 MCAR ANNUAL DUES are now past due: Payment was due January 1st.  A 20% late fee will be in effect if dues are paid after January 31st– NO EXCEPTIONS. To pay your 2017 dues go to www.mercerrealtors.com and click on 1st slide Annual Dues. This will redirect you to the IMS (Internet Member Service), Login (Login is your NRDS# (look up your NRDS# here) and password is welcome, lower case). On the left hand side click on pay my bill, run your mouse over the membership area and it becomes shaded. Click on view the invoice details, scroll down the page, until you see modify in blue lettering. At this point you can modify the RPAC amount.
