HomeFront Backpack challenge: BACK TO SCHOOL. Donate a backpack filled with suggested school supplies: pens, pencils, pencil erasers, notebooks, loose-leaf paper, index cards, binders, crayons, markers, scissors, rulers, folders, and pencil holders, hand sanitizer, tissues. If you can’t fill a backpack, please donate individual items.

Personal Care items: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, deodorant, comb, hairbrush, baby care items (baby wipes, shampoo, diapers, cream). Please donate all items by Monday, August, 21st to the Mercer County Association of Realtors.

Mercer County Association of Realtors has scheduled a Fall 150 Hour Brokers Course. The schedule is as follows: 30 Hours of Management $275 – September  5,  8, 11 and 15th.

90 Hours of Brokers $550 –  September 19, 22,  28 (Thursday), October 3, 6, 10, 13, 17, 20,24, 27, and 31.   30 Hours Ethics $275: November 3,  7, 10 and 14.

Real Estate Investing: Build Wealth Representing Investors and Becoming One Yourself Certification Course at Mercer County Association of Realtors on Thursday, September 7th, 9 am – 4:30 pm with Eileen Cahill. $99 per member and $125 per non member.

This course will cover the fundamentals of real estate investment that practitioners need to know to expand their business services. The one-day course looks at how practitioners can adapt core real estate skills and learn new skills to serve clients who want to invest in single family homes, condos, townhomes, and small multifamily properties. You will learn how to work with investors as they goal set, plan, evaluate, and acquire properties as well as manage them. You will also learn how to “walk the talk” and become a real estate investor yourself.
