This year the 2010 dues can be paid either online, by fax or mail.  To access your bill online go to www.mercerrealtors.com , on right side click on the button "MCAR Annual Dues Renewal", it will take you to a new screen. You will need your NRDS # which can be found on your Membership card that was mailed to you from the National Association of Realtors. Everyone's password is welcome, lower case. You will be prompted to change your password after logging in and once you are logged in you can print your bill. TREND MLS Free Training on Wednesday January 20 HAS BEEN CANCELLED. Module 1: The next class is scheduled for Wednesday, February 24. Basically Blue and Beyond Blue Module 1 & 2 at 9:30 - 11: 30 am. By learning the basics of MLS Blue, you can create a synergy between your business and TREND which will make you better able to serve your clients.  This course helps you streamline your work and shorten the time spent on the MLS, so you can work efficiently and focus more time on your clients. Module 2:  This course covers many of the features within TREND that help with contact management and relations. Your time is valuable; make the most of MLS to give yourself more time doing the things that are most important to you.
