Announcement:
Michael B. Zapantis, P. E., Esq., of  Long and Foster, Princeton Junction has passed away. Friends will be received at A.S. Cole Son & Company Funeral Home, 22 North Main Street, Cranbury, NJ on Monday, June 21, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Trisagion services will be held at 3:30 p.m., during the visitation. The funeral will begin at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 22, at the A.S. Cole Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 1200 Klockner Road, Hamilton, NJ. A Trisagion service at interment will follow in Brainerd Cemetery, Cranbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St, Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 or St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 1200 Klockner Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619.

NJAR Education Foundation Scholarship: On Tuesday, June 8, 2010, the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Educational Foundation (NJAREF) awarded 37 students with a total of $53,500 in scholarships to use towards furthering their education. The recipient from Mercer County, Alexandra Waters, received a scholarship in memory of Jerry Lancaster. Alexandra is the daughter of Mildred Beauford from Coldwell Banker in Princeton Junction.  Scholarships this year ranged from $1,000 to $2,500 and were presented to recipients at The Pines Manor, Edison, N.J. This year's event marks the 41st anniversary of the Foundation's scholarship awards presentation ceremony. Click here to view picture of the winners and to view available scholarships.

Realtor of the Year: Deadline is Friday, July 16th. This award is in recognition of service to the Community, the Realtor Association, and the Real Estate Industry. This award will be presented at annual convention in Atlantic City. For an application, please call Anna or Carolyn at 609-392-3666.

GOLF: Annual Robert J. Lambert Jr. Golf Outing at the Trenton Country Club on Monday, September 13th @ $169 per golfer includes: green fees, cart lunch, dinner, reception, prizes, open bar and dancing. Reception only at $60 per person includes: dinner, prizes, open bar and dancing.  Silent auction proceeds will go to the Mathew and Jack Lambert Educational Fund.
