Announcement: Michael B. Zapantis, P. E., Esq., of  Long and Foster, Princeton Junction has passed away. Friends will be received at A.S. Cole Son & Company Funeral Home, 22 North Main Street, Cranbury, NJ on Monday, June 21, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Trisagion services will be held at 3:30 p.m., during the visitation. The funeral will begin at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 22, at the A.S. Cole Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 1200 Klockner Road, Hamilton, NJ. A Trisagion service at interment will follow in Brainerd Cemetery, Cranbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union St, Suite 301, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 or St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 1200 Klockner Road, Hamilton, NJ 08619.

NJAR Education Foundation Scholarship: On Tuesday, June 8, 2010, the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Educational Foundation (NJAREF) awarded 37 students with a total of $53,500 in scholarships to use towards furthering their education. The recipient from Mercer County, Alexandra Waters, received a scholarship in memory of Jerry Lancaster. Alexandra is the daughter of Mildred Beauford from Coldwell Banker in Princeton Junction.  Scholarships this year ranged from $1,000 to $2,500 and were presented to recipients at The Pines Manor, Edison, N.J. Lambert Jr. Golf Outing at the Trenton Country Club on Monday, September 13th @ $169 per golfer includes: green fees, cart lunch, dinner, reception, prizes, open bar and dancing.
