"Looking at Listings" seminar on Wednesday, September 15 at 10 am. at the Association. Recent statistics show that 85-90% of home buyers will look at web listings before going out house hunting. NJAR® CEO to Speak at HMFA Seminar: Real estate professionals and lenders are invited to a two-day seminar on September 15 and 16, 2010 at the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (HMFA) office in Trenton. NJAR® Chief Executive Officer Jarrod C. Grasso, RCE will speak on September 16th. Registration for the Thursday, September 16 seminar will begin at noon. The seminar will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m., and will conclude at approximately 4:00 p.m. Registration for the Wednesday, September 15 seminar will begin at 9:00 a.m. The seminar will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. and will conclude at approximately noon.
With the exception of Jarrod Grasso’s presentation, HMFA representatives will cover the same topics on the 15th and 16th. This includes an overview of First-Time Homebuyer Programs, Smart Start, Live Where You Work, and the critical changes to underwriting guidelines. Therefore, attendees only need to register for one seminar, either Sept. 15th or 16th.
